Terms & Conditions

These terms cover how bookings work and what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule your mobile slime party. By booking with Sarah’s Slime you agree to the points below.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Send your party details through our booking form and we will check availability.
  • Your booking is confirmed once we reply to accept your date and time.
  • We serve Halifax, Dartmouth, Sackville, and surrounding areas, and we travel to your location.

Pricing & Payment

  • Packages are $150, $200, $200, and $250 depending on group size and the number of slimes per person.
  • Add $15 per extra person, up to a maximum of 20 people.
  • A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please let us know at least 48 hours before your party if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • With at least 48 hours notice we can move your party to a new date, subject to availability, at no extra charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $100 deposit.
  • No-shows on the day of the party are treated as a same-day cancellation.

Party Setup & Requirements

  • We bring all supplies and come to you — home, community room, or rented venue.
  • Please provide a space to set up and access to a place to wash hands.
  • A responsible adult must be present for the duration of the party.

Party Length & Guests

  • Parties run for 30 or 45 minutes depending on your package.
  • Group sizes are 6-8 or 10-15 people, with a maximum of 20 people.
  • Timing may shift slightly to allow for setup and clean-up.

Safety & Liability

  • We use kid-friendly, non-toxic slime ingredients.
  • Slime-making is for ages 4 and up. Slime is not safe for consumption.
  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children during the party.
  • We provide table covers and aprons, but Sarah’s Slime is not liable for damage to clothing or surfaces from slime play.

Slime Play Expectations & Home Responsibility

At Sarah’s Slime, we want everyone to have a fun, creative, and memorable slime experience!

Slime is a hands-on activity that can be messy. Before the party begins, all children and supervising adults will be informed of the slime play expectations, including keeping slime on the designated work surface, away from furniture, carpets, clothing, walls, pets, and other household items.

Sarah’s Slime is not responsible for messes, stains, damage, or cleanup resulting from children not following the slime play instructions or expectations provided during the party.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children, ensuring the rules are followed, and addressing any mess or damage caused by their children outside the designated slime-making area.

By booking a Sarah’s Slime party, the customer acknowledges that slime activities carry a risk of mess and agrees to help ensure that children follow the provided instructions.
